• Get an architect to discuss and make drawings of future building ministries.
  

Miscellaneous & Changes

• Bulletins- I would like to go to a once a month bulletin. (Much like the prayer bulletin.) This would save on money for printing and bulletins. We find a lot of the bulletins on the seats.
  

• Newsletter- I would like to start a newsletter concerning church events for the church member as well as our affiliates We would start the newsletter as a twice a year event.
  

Academy

Pre-School / Daycare

• Determine what must be done to change our pre-school into a daycare / pre-school.
  

We need to know what codes we must fall under

We need to know what changes need to be made. (i.e. sidewalk to back                          door)

• Determine the price we can charge
  

We have been told by many churches, groups, and organizations that this is                            the way to generate revenue for the school ministry.

There is a long waiting list.

• Determine how many children we can have and how many we need to make revenue for the Academy.
  

• Look into summer camps.
  

Summer camps may be a good way to start the daycare.

Summer camps are a type of day care with a theme.

Tutoring Center

Tuturing Center

• We would like to start a tutoring center in the academy after school hours.
  

• We believe that this would generate an awareness of the Academy.
  

• We would use our school staff that would like to be involved as tutors for those that need it.
  

• The tutoring center would include an adult education center as well. This would be for adults who need to study for the G.E.D.
